General Policies:
- Any request to bring in a product that we do not have in stock can be ordered in the next container (by sea, within fifteen to twenty-two days and subject to availability) or by courier (by air, in no less than seven days and subject to availability), covering the shipping costs.
- Any request will require 50% of the product's value. Applies to payments by credit card, transfer, and cash.
- Once the product has arrived at our establishment, the customer has 48 hours to pick up their order and close the sale; otherwise, the product will be placed in the store and the 50% paid in advance will be forfeited. The customer has 7 days to pick up the order; if the product has not been picked up without prior notice, it will be placed back on the shelves, a 15% restocking fee (on the total value) will be applied, and the balance will be applied as credit to their account.
- There is constant variation in transit times and shipping costs.
- The response time is approximately three days.
