Return, Refund, and Warranty Policies

• No returns accepted after 7 days > Items returned within 7 days, in new condition

and in their original packaging, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit.

• Store credit only, no cash refunds.

• We do NOT accept returns of Substrates and Growing Media, Liquids, Nutrients,

Trimmer Machines, Lamps and Bulbs, Grow Tents, Trays, Harvesting Tools or

Discontinued Products.

• All items must be returned unopened, in new condition, in their original packaging

and with all documentation, parts, and accessories.

• Products must be free of scratches, dents, or cosmetic defects and must not

have been used.

• Products must be in new and resalable condition, in the original manufacturer's

undamaged packaging, inside a plain shipping box.

• The return must include all informational booklets, installation guides, cables,

and accessories.

• Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless it is a shipping error,

damage during transit, or a manufacturing defect.

• All sales of Discontinued and Clearance items are final; no returns or exchanges

are accepted for these products.

• We require all purchases to be inspected immediately upon delivery.

• Damages and inconsistencies must be reported immediately.

• After 7 days, warranty fees may apply.

• A $10 charge applies to all in-store warranty repairs.

• All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Warranty Policy

• Defective products will be covered by warranty when received within 30 days of purchase. Warrantied products will be replaced; no refunds or exchanges are made.

• After 30 days there is no warranty on: air pumps, water pumps, fans, fluorescent bulbs,
timers, thermometers, lamp hangers, or microscopes.

• After 30 days, warranty charges may apply.
• A $10 charge applies to all in-store warranty repairs.
