The Active Aqua 10 in Carbon and Sediment Combo Filter is an indoor grow water filtration cartridge that combines sediment retention and activated carbon in a single unit. It treats incoming water before it reaches the reservoir: it traps particles, rust, and debris, and removes chlorine and volatile organic compounds that stress the roots. It is the simplest way to protect pumps, drippers, and reverse osmosis membranes from premature wear.

How to use

Mount the cartridge inside a 10-inch filter housing installed on the water inlet line, before the reservoir. Rinse the filter housing with clean water before inserting a new cartridge and check the O-ring on the housing every time you change it. Replace it when you notice a chlorine smell in the filtered water or a noticeable drop in flow; the frequency depends on the water quality in your area.

Instructions for use
