The Active Aqua Air Stone, Cylindrical, 2 in x 4 in is an air stone for oxygenating the nutrient solution in hydroponic cultivation. Connected to an air pump, it releases thousands of fine bubbles that increase dissolved oxygen in the water, a key factor for maintaining healthy roots in DWC systems, cloners, and recirculating reservoirs.

How to use

Connect the stone to your air pump with a 1/4" hose and place it at the bottom of the reservoir, as far as possible from the water pump's suction. Install a check valve between the stone and the air pump so that water does not flow back through the line. Rinse or soak it in clean water when you notice that the bubbles lose strength.

How to Use
