Dosatron water-powered, non-electric chemical injectors are the easiest and most reliable way to accurately inject chemicals into water lines. Dosatron injectors operate by volumetric proportional dosing, which ensures that the chemical mixture remains the same regardless of pressure and flow variations.

When water enters the injector, it drives the hydraulic motor, which begins to move up and down within the injector body. On the upward stroke, the Dosatron sucks the liquid from the concentrate tank in an action similar to a hypodermic syringe. On the downward stroke, the concentrate moves into the mixing chamber, where it combines with the water flowing through the unit. The water and chemical mixture is then discharged into the water lines.
