EcoPlus 1/4 HP Chiller Fitting Kit

EcoPlus chillers are suitable for use in reservoirs, hydroponic systems, and freshwater or saltwater aquariums. Each chiller features a high-performance titanium heat exchanger for optimal performance and corrosion resistance. Its high-quality compressor is highly efficient and reliable. The microcomputer with digital LCD display allows for simple operation. Connections are 3/4 in. 120 V / 60 Hz / 360 W / 3 Amps. Pump size: minimum 264 GPH / maximum 660 GPH. Use with a filter bag for pump (product #728188 or #728190). Its dimensions are 17.13 in W x 11.61 in D x 18.5 in H and it weighs 42.5 lb.

How to Use

• Install connections according to the 1/4 HP EcoPlus chiller installation manual
• Use thread seal tape on all threaded connections to prevent leaks
• Run the chiller at low flow initially and check all connections for leaks before leaving it unsupervised
• Clean connections with each reservoir change to prevent mineral buildup in the joints
• Replace any connection that shows cracks or leaks in the barb or threads
