Gro Pro Grow Bags 5 gal

Gro Pro 5-gallon Grow Bags are non-woven fabric pots for growing in substrate, both indoors and outdoors. Unlike plastic pots, their porous walls allow air to pass through to the edge of the root ball and cause air-pruning of the roots: upon reaching the fabric, they stop elongating and branch inwards, forming a dense and healthy root system.

How to use

Fill the bag with an airy substrate, such as a mix of coco, peat, and perlite, up to about 3 cm from the edge, and compact gently. Place it on a saucer or tray, as it drains from all sides. Water more frequently than with a plastic pot, because the fabric loses moisture faster. At the end of the cycle, shake out the substrate, wash the bag with water and mild soap, and let it dry completely in the shade.
