Grodan Gro-Smart Tray, 78-Cell, Terracotta

Your starter plugs, Mini-Blocks, and Grodan® Gro-Blocks finally have a place to go. This sturdy Dutch tray is double-sided. Use the 78-cell side to perfectly house 1.5-inch A-OK Starter Plugs or round Macroplugs. Use the mesh side for A-OK sheets, Mini-Blocks, or Gro-Blocks. The tray fits into a standard 10 x 20 flat and keeps the Grodan® elevated from the bottom of the flat. It is easily disinfected like any rigid plastic product; it's even dishwasher safe! This terracotta-colored tray was designed by Grodan® and is manufactured exclusively for the Grodan company.

How to Use

• Load with pre-hydrated Grodan Gro-Smart plugs before sowing or inserting cuttings
• Place in a standard flood tray with a humidity dome for germination
• Water from below by adding pH-adjusted water to the tray level; do not water from above
• Remove the dome once seedlings emerge to harden them off and prevent damping off
• Disinfect the tray between cycles with diluted hydrogen peroxide and allow to dry completely
