Hydro Flow Ebb & Flow Fitting Kit

The Hydro Flow Ebb & Flow Fitting Kit brings together the accessories to assemble the outlet and overflow of an ebb and flow table. These are the parts that define how high the solution rises in the tray and where it returns to the reservoir, so a consistent and leak-free irrigation cycle depends on them.

How to use

Place the outlet fitting in the tray perforation with a gasket on each side and tighten the nut until sealed. Connect the fill hose and the drain hose according to your system's design, mount the extensions to set the maximum water height, and place the mesh fittings to prevent substrate debris from passing through. Perform a test with clean water before planting.

• Contents: 1 x 1/2 in outlet connector, 1 x 3/4 in outlet connector, 2 filter meshes, and 3 overflow extensions.
• Each outlet connector includes 2 gaskets for a watertight seal against the tray.
• The 1/2 in connector receives the hose coming from the pump; the 3/4 in connector acts as an overflow and return to the reservoir.
• The extensions are stacked to regulate the maximum water height on the table.
• The filter meshes prevent substrate and roots from entering the lines.

Instructions for use

• Mark and drill two holes in the bottom of the table: one for filling and one for overflow.
• Mount each connector with one gasket above and one below the tray and hand-tighten until sealed; do not overtighten.
• Connect the pump hose to the 1/2 in connector and the return line to the reservoir in the 3/4 in connector.
• Stack the extensions in the overflow tube until the water level is below the edge of the pots.
• Place the mesh screens over both connectors before arranging the substrate.
• Perform a test with clean water before planting and check for leaks. Clean meshes and tubes between cycles with water and a mild disinfectant.
