With a power factor of 99.9%—a highly stable output frequency—the Quantum Dimmable Ballast allows you to operate your lamps at the intensity you need and control light distribution. Rigorously designed, it features a resin-encapsulated circuit board and a sealed bearing fan, so it runs cooler than any other ballast, and has been tested to withstand the extreme atmospheric conditions of virtually any grow environment. How to Use
