Rootech by Technaflora is a cloning rooting gel formulated with 0.55% indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), one of the highest concentrations on the market. Its thick texture seals the cutting and keeps the hormone in even contact with the tissue, promoting root formation even in difficult-to-root species.

How to use

Cut the cutting diagonally just below a node and immediately dip the end in the gel. Place it in a pre-made hole in rockwool, peat, or coco, and keep it under a dome with high humidity until roots appear. Dispense into a separate container and do not return any leftover product to the original container to avoid contamination.

Instructions for use

• Moisten the cut end of the cutting with water before dipping it in the powder
• Pour a small amount of powder onto a clean surface and shake off the excess before inserting the cutting into the substrate
• Place the treated cutting into pre-made holes in the propagation substrate, rather than pushing it in
• Cover with a humidity dome and maintain 75–80°F (24–27°C) until roots appear
• Never dip cuttings directly into the container; contamination shortens product shelf life
