Roots Organics Elemental, 40 lb

Roots Organics Elemental is a granular dry calcium and magnesium supplement to prevent deficiencies that appear in fast-growing plants. Its guaranteed analysis is 0.25-0-0.1 with 20% calcium, and it works on cell structure and chlorophyll production, two areas that suffer when the substrate is light or the water has low hardness.

How to use

In solution, mix 1 teaspoon per gallon of water (1 cup per 50 gallons) and always add it before other fertilizers, stirring well. For large volumes, first dissolve it in one gallon of water, stirring for one minute, then incorporate it into the tank. Mixed into the substrate, use 2 teaspoons per gallon, or about 3 tablespoons per plant as a top dressing.

Instructions for use

• Mix 1–2 tablespoons per gallon of substrate at transplant as a preventative Ca and Mg amendment

• Water thoroughly after application
