Roots Organics Formula 707, 3 cu ft

Formula 707 is a ready-to-use substrate created for fast-growing plants with high nutritional demands. It was designed with increased water retention capacity, less perlite and pumice, and a light nutrient charge that provides a good base but leaves plenty of room for you to amend it. Its base is peat, coco fiber, compost, perlite, and pumice. The bag is a 30-gallon grow bag with just under 20 gallons of the highest quality substrate. Just poke holes in the bottom, cut off the top, and plant. Plants may benefit from additional fertilization.

How to Use

• Use as a ready-to-fill potting substrate: fill and transplant directly
• Begin liquid fertilization 2-3 weeks after transplant, as pre-incorporated nutrients deplete
• Maintain nutrient solution pH between 6.0-7.0 for optimal organic nutrient availability
• High drainage means more frequent watering: water when the top 1-2 inches of the substrate feel dry
• Store leftover substrate sealed in its bag, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures
