How to use
- Start seeds indoors 8–10 weeks before the last frost, in warm germination mix at 75–85 F
- Transplant to full sun when nights consistently stay above 55 F — space plants 24–30 inches apart
- Water consistently and deeply — eggplant needs even moisture during fruiting
- Harvest when skin is shiny and flesh yields slightly to pressure
- Store leftover seeds in a cool, dry, dark place, in a sealed container
