How to use

• Sow seeds 1/4 inch deep in fertile, well-drained soil or hydroponic medium
• Thin seedlings 6–8 inches apart for full-sized heads — or harvest as baby leaves 3–4 inches apart
• Water consistently — bok choy prefers even moisture and does not tolerate drying out
• Harvest when heads are compact and before flower stalks appear
• Store leftover seeds in a sealed container, in a cool, dry, dark place
