Incredibly happy to offer the first carrot variety in the catalog. After 2 years of field experimentation, here it is, an amazing variety with a purple skin and intense yellow/orange inside. Extremely eye-catching and certainly a crop to impress neighbors and friends; its flavor is sweet and deep. Planting it is a truly exciting experience.

Carrots are usually sown "broadcast". This technique involves making a shallow furrow in a straight line, then watering or thinly scattering the seeds evenly through the furrow. Finally, the furrow is covered with soil again.

How to use

• Harvest when roots reach full color and are 6–8 inches long
• Store leftover seeds in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and dark place
