The Ultra Sun® MH conversion bulb is designed for those who already have an HPS ballast and also want to be able to use a metal halide lamp without buying a separate metal halide ballast. With a temperature of 6500° K, this bulb is excellent for the vegetative cycle of plants and for full-cycle cultivation. It has been specifically designed for horticultural applications. Ultra Sun® bulbs are high-quality, have a robust construction, and offer excellent reliability at an economical price.

- Works with sodium (HPS) ballast: no need to buy a separate metal halide ballast

- Specifically designed for horticultural applications
- Recommended for the vegetative cycle and for full-cycle cultivation
Instructions for use
- Check that your ballast is a 600 W HPS before installing the bulb
- Install with the power disconnected and hold the bulb by the base, without touching the glass with your fingers
- Screw firmly into an E39 mogul socket and check that it is properly seated
- Allow a few minutes after turning on for it to reach full brightness
- Wait for it to cool completely before removing or cleaning it; clean the cold glass with a dry, lint-free cloth
- Store the spare bulb in its original packaging, in a dry place protected from bumps
