1. Open the sachet and pour all contents into the Mixing Vessel
2. Fill with RO water up to 125ml
3. Shake vigorously until completely dissolved
4. Sterilize in the Athena Autoclave
5. Pour into the Culture Vessels or Utility Vessels
6. Insert plant material into the medium

How to use

• Open a sachet and pour all contents into the Mixing Vessel.
• Fill with reverse osmosis (RO) water up to 125 ml.
• Shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
• Sterilize the mixture in the Athena Autoclave.
• Pour the medium into the Culture Vessels or Utility Vessels and insert the plant material.
• Perform all steps under the Athena Flow Hood to maintain a sterile environment, and store closed sachets in a dry and cool place.
