1. Open the packet and pour all contents into the Mixing Vessel
2. Fill with reverse osmosis water up to 125ml
3. Shake vigorously until completely dissolved
4. Sterilize in the Athena Autoclave
5. Pour into Culture Vessels or Utility Vessels
6. Insert plant material into the medium

How to Use

• Perform all steps under a laminar flow hood (Athena Flow Hood) to maintain a sterile environment.
• Open the packet and pour all contents into the mixing container (Mixing Vessel).
• Fill with reverse osmosis water up to the volume indicated on the packet and shake vigorously until completely dissolved.
• Sterilize the mixture in the Athena autoclave before use.
• Pour the medium into the Culture Vessels or Utility Vessels and let it settle before inserting the plant material.
• Store sealed packets in a cool, dry, and closed place; once opened, use the entire packet.
