1. Open the sachet and pour all contents into the Mixing Vessel
2. Fill with RO water to 125ml
3. Shake vigorously until completely dissolved
4. Sterilize in the Athena Autoclave
5. Pour into Culture Vessels or Utility Vessels
6. Insert plant material into the medium

How to use

• Perform all steps under a laminar flow hood to maintain sterility.
• Open the sachet and pour all contents into the Mixing Vessel.
• Fill with reverse osmosis (RO) water up to 750 ml.
• Shake vigorously until completely dissolved.
• Sterilize the mixture in the autoclave and pour it into the Culture Vessels or Utility Vessels.
• Insert the plant material into the dispensed medium and store the sealed sachets in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture.
