1. Open the packet and pour all contents into the Mixing Vessel
2. Fill with RO water to 125ml
3. Shake vigorously until completely dissolved
4. Sterilize in the Athena Autoclave
5. Pour into Culture Vessels or Utility Vessels
6. Insert plant material into the medium

How to use

• Open a packet and pour all contents into the Mixing Vessel.
• Fill with RO water to the 125 ml mark.
• Shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
• Sterilize the mixture in the Athena Autoclave before use.
• Pour the medium into the Culture Vessels or Utility Vessels, always working under sterile conditions.
• Insert the plant material into the cooled medium and store unopened packets in a dry, cool place away from direct light.
