Cut Kit Tray, 10" x 20", w/Mesh Tray

The 10" x 20" Cut Kit Tray is a solid-bottom propagation tray that comes with an internal mesh tray. Together, they solve one of the most delicate stages of indoor cultivation: germinating seeds and rooting cuttings without drowning them. The mesh holds the medium and allows water to drain, while the bottom tray collects drainage and helps maintain humidity.

How to use

Place the mesh tray inside the solid tray, fill with your propagation medium, and insert cuttings or seeds. Pour the solution into the bottom tray and let the substrate absorb it; remove any excess after 30 to 60 minutes. Between batches, clean both pieces with diluted hydrogen peroxide.

How to Use

• Place the mesh insert inside the solid tray before filling with propagation medium
• Fill with substrate and insert cuttings or seeds — cover with a humidity dome
• Water from below by pouring the solution into the solid tray — allow the substrate to absorb it by capillary action
• Empty stagnant water from the bottom tray after 30–60 minutes to prevent waterlogging
• Clean both trays with diluted hydrogen peroxide between propagation cycles
